At Waterdrop, we want you to enjoy every sip of purified water. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our order lookup tool to select the specific filtration system or replacement filters you wish to return.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all components and installation manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
